What support platform does PlayHQ use?

We use Zendesk to provide and manage Level 2 support for all of our clients. The majority of our partners also use Zendesk for Level 1 support, meaning we're able to seamlessly share support tickets across organisations.

How does the PlayHQ support team engage with clients?

Our support team schedules regular meetings to provide updates and discuss next steps. We're also readily available for interim check-ins through other platforms like Slack.
